In Ayotec Security Services Limited (ASSL), operations are the key duty of the security officer. The operations team is commanded by Head of Operations, having Regional operations managers spanning all the regions of Ghana where our guards and services can be found with able Zonal commanders and project coordinators for group locations and having a sizable number of guards and supervisors (both site and patrol supervisors) to manage clients’ locations.
Upon engaging our service our staff will undertake an in-depth survey to determine the exact duty requirement prior the appropriate deployment.
The management also does background checks on the personnel before recruiting. They are subjected to full criminal checks and past criminal history by the police.
We maintain close liaison with Ghana Police and Military for backup support.
